Return Policy

Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of order. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Step One

Fill out the contact form or directly email customer service with your order number and description. They will provide more specific return information.

Step Two

Return the package according to the information provided by customer service using a trackable mailing method. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Step Three

After the item is shipped as per our instructions, send a copy of the courier receipt or shipping label to the customer service mailbox.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.

Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes, you will receive one or more of the following emails after your order is placed: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and/or Return Confirmation.

Is there a warranty on EZ BINZ products?

EZ BINZ offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase.

Does EZ BINZ ship internationally?

No, EZ BINZ currently does not offer international shipping at this time.
